It is true that the operant conditioning is a very useful method of training an animal or a person for any behavior. The trainers often train the animals, manners by this method. Parents teach their children manners, morals and values through these methods. But it is not true that they can be trained to anything. There are some behaviors that can never be trained using the operant conditioning method. In fact this is one of the disadvantages of the operant conditioning method, that it cannot train certain behaviors.
